- This file contains the Form C (Financial Statement) template for Integrated Projects in pdf format

- This file contains the Form C in excel format. The sheet that all partners should complete is the first one called "template". The sheet called "summary report" will be completed by the coordinator for all partners after receiving all the Forms C. You may complete it as well for your institution facilitating the Coordinator but the mandatory aspect is the completion of the "template" sheet.

- In this file you may find the EC Guidance Notes for the completion of an Audit Certificate. Inside this file on Annex 2, page 21, you may find a model for Audit Certificate. Please contact your Auditor well in advance showing this file in order to be able to correctly complete and submit the Audit Certificate in due time

- In this file you may find the budget for each partner per cost category as it was agreed with each consortium member prior to submitting the Techncial Annex to EC.
